Myovolt Rebrand:
From Sports-Focused To Tech Experts

Myovolt needed a rebrand after their partnership deal with United Sports Brand became official. They were supplying the braces, and Myovolt was providing the technology.

We pitched the idea of repositioning to becoming tech experts in Focal Vibration, rather than just straps with vibration technology. This provided more room for expansion and helped elevate the brand.

Their requests were simple: Make the brand able to be gradually changed in a year or two, and don't change the brand colours.

Some Of Our Insights

Soft But Known

Researching indirect competitors made it clear that a brand did not have to shout from the rooftops to be known; they just had to be convincing in their own lane.

Tech Feel

Gone were the days when only straps got shown off. Myovolt needed to celebrate the technology driving their business: the modules and motors making vibrations.

Orange Isn't Conventionally 'Tech'

Our research showed blues and purples or completely monotone were the usual tech ways. Luckily that worked in our favour, providing an electric energy when paired with orange.
